Makita changes the game with the LS1016 260 mm Dual Slide Mitre Saw featuring a crown molding cutting capacity of 168 mm (vertically nested) - the largest in its class. It has a patented Four-Steel Rail Sliding System that further increases rigidity to produce superior cuts, and the exclusive six linear ball bearings design for smooth, adjustment-free, "dead-on" accurate cuts.

Intended use
The saw is intended for accurate straight and mitre cutting in wood. With appropriate saw blades, aluminium can also be sawed.
