Demanders machine vices are production tools of the highest quality. The sides are pararell ground and the underside and end are ground at right angles. The vices can therefore be used standing on one side or on end. Its low profile ensures stability. The height from the base plate to the slide is within +- 0.01 mm. Jaws are hardened and ground. Configuration of the vice enables simple setting in relation to the machine table. The vice is machined to close tolerances, which also facilitate setting operations.
As additional accesories can be obtained Prism-shaped jaws for round workpieces. Machine vices with milled Sheet metal jaws or special fittings can be obtained on special order.
