Demanders machine vices are production tools of the highest quality. The sides are pararell ground and the underside and end are ground at right angles. The vices can therefore be used standing on one side or on end. Its low profile ensures stability. The height from the base plate to the slide is within +- 0.01 mm. Jaws are hardened and ground. Configuration of the vice enables simple setting in relation to the machine table. The vice is machined to close tolerances, which also facilitate setting operations.
The vice is now available with PowRlock air-hydrualic pressure intensfier giving an oil pressure of 250 bar at 6 bar air pressure.

- Efficent. Works with constant pressure. Elimates physical strain.
- Easily adjustable. Coares adjustment by crank. Adjustment clamping force by pressure regulalator.
- Quick. Clamping and unclamping of the work piece is done in no time by means of a hand or a foot valve.

- Reliable. The clamping force remains unaffecteed in case of an interruption of air supply.
