- Delvery and Shipping
- Industributiken Scandinavia AB delivers to companies with VAT registration number in Scandinavia , EU and Switzerland. Industributiken does not sell to private individuals.
Stock items are delivered from our warehouse in Stockholm normally with Business Parcel or DPD. If it is favourable, we can also choose to use other suitable carrier as Schenker, TNT and DHL. Order items are sent direct from the manufacturer or distributor (drop-shipment) or immediately from our warehouse when the goods arrive.
The delivery terms are, ex-stock Stockholm. Since we are using drop-shipment from the manufacturers and distributors, it is not always we can offer consignee freight. Please, contact us if consignee freight is desired. - Pricing, Payments and Promotions

All prices are excluding VAT. For deliveries outside Sweden, there will not be any VAT charged and it applies Norway, Switzerland and within EU, when an approved VAT number has been submitted.
We offer payment with Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer (prepayment). For Swedish companies with good credit rating and credit history, we can offer Invoice 20 days net. - Delivery time

Stock items are normally sent same day if the order comes in before 12.00. Order items are sent directly from the manufacturer or distributor (drop-shipment), or immediately when they arrive our warehouse. The delivery time specified for each order item should be seen as a normal delivery time, but may differ from the actual delivery time, depending on whether the items temporary have run out of stock at our supplier.
- Returns and Replacement

All good must be inspected when they are received. Any complaints must be done no later than 8 days of the reception. If the goods have been damaged in the transport, then it should immediately be notified to the driver/freight company. Products with manufacturing defects are replaced and should be sent back unchanged with the original packing. Delivered error-free goods won't be taken back. Contact Industributiken for a RMA number. Industributiken does not accept parcels that are sent back with COD (cash on delivery).
- Ordering
- Order can be made directly in our e-commerce system. You can choose to order without pre-register an account or, in connection with the order, register an account. By register an account, the address data will be retained for future orders and an ability to see history and invoices. It is also possible to call our customer service to order.
- Reservations

We reserve the right to changes in design and prices without specific notice. We reserve for typographical and photo illustrations in the catalog and online store may differ from the apperance of the supplied product.
- Security and Privacy

We store no debit or credit card information. All card transactions are encrypted through our PCI-certified payment processor company (certitrade.net). No credit card information is available to us.
We are only giving out contact and address information to our manufacturer, distributor and shipping company so the shipment can be fulfilled when drop-shipments is used. We will except for this, never disclouse or sell your contact information to third parties.
